Please support the “Esfahani Walk Team” (yep, us!) in this year’s “Walk Out of Poverty.” Every year we join this walkathon to raise money for Concern America, a highly effective nonprofit working in remote, impoverished places . . . the jungles of Guatemala, isolated river communities in northern Colombia, and the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico.
We love how Concern America transforms need into self-sufficiency. Its long-term volunteers train villagers to meet their own needs for health care, clean water, education, and income generation. The result is tangible, sustainable improvement in living conditions for entire communities.
Our personal goal is to raise $3000. That is enough to fully train three village health care providers who will meet the primary care needs of three remote communities for years to come.
Please help us meet our fundraising goal! A donation in any amount will help.
Thank you for your generosity!
