We are stuck at homes to do our part and slow the spread. By staying inside, we are helping medical communities here in California from continued burden dealing with the Coronavirus COVID-19 SARS-COV-2 global crisis. This year is remarkably different but while we help health care providers here by staying inside, we can also help support health care, clean water, education, and economic opportunities to impoverished communities in Latin America. Communities in Guatemala, Colombia, and Mexico are dependent on their local health care provider and Concern needs our support to continue this work.
This year, Concern America has changed its annual Walk Out of Poverty to be a virtual one. The annual event raises much needed funds to train people to be health care providers, build water systems, be teachers, and form income-generating cooperatives in their own communities.
Feel free to donate and join us virtually, so that, even from our distinct homes and communities, we are connected together by our global hearts.
